The Heroic Sweet Potato

Happy Sweet Potato Day! Today, the ONE Campaign is celebrating all the vitamin-packed sweet potato is doing to curb dire malnutrition in Africa. Bloggers from across the country are joining forces today to give the humble sweet potato some much-deserved love to raise awareness about the 25 million children who do not have enough to eat.

Check out the posts below, and head over to ONE’s site to sign the petition in support of reducing chronic childhood malnutrition. We have the resources to end hunger, but we must demand that our leaders do something about it. Tweet today using #sweetpotatolove and follow @ONECampaign on Twitter.
