Homemade Ramen Soup for #Belowtheline

So I just made this soup in preparation for Live Below the Line week, figuring it's all leftovers from pantry and the incremental cost of the meal is very low, while the soup itself will last several days. Saute garlic and ginger (as much as you like) 'til fragrant. Add 8 cups homemade veggie broth. Once all cooked, add in ramen or soba noodles. Greens if you have them. Hot sauce or soy sauce, simmer for a bit, and you're all set. It's really good! -- Morra
