Giving back with #GivingTuesday
Last year we helped launch the very first #GivingTuesday -- a new date on the national calendar that aims to rally people around giving as we kick off the holiday season. After the riotous consumption of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, #GivingTuesday gives us a day to do good for others in our communities big and small. This year, #GivingTuesday falls on December 3rd. And if you're so inclined, you can help promote #GivingTuesday by becoming a social media ambassador! Each week, we will email you themes and ideas for engaging your online and offline friends and family for you to pick and choose what works for you. Last year 1,000 digital influencers helped share the message. Join the #GivingTuesday social media corps to get the word out and involve your online communities in #GivingTuesday.
